- Market Survey - Bangor Harbor Tug The minimum requirement is for a twin screw tug with a minimum 4000 SHP and/or 100K Bollard Pull. The tug must be fendered to support submarine and surface vessels and to prevent metal-to-metal contact. Each evolution is anticipated to last for five hours and the contractor will be provided with a minimum 48 hrs notice. The tentative scheduled dates are 27 & 29 November.
