- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Eastern Logistics Service Area-ASO, College Park, GA, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for solicitation DTFAEN-13-R-90000. As the FAA has a requirement for Elevator Maintenance Services for the Atlanta Air Traffic Control Tower, (ATCT) Atlanta, Georgia. The tiered evaluation method will be utilized for Source Selection, as detailed in Section "M" of the solicitation package. Any interested firms that would like to be considered for Contract Award are required to submit a completed Proposal package, as outlined in Section "L" of the attached Solicitation package. Additionally, when responding to this Request for Proposal (RFP), each Offeror is required to submit a cost breakdown proposal for the base, plus all option years, in addition to all the required documents outlined in the RFP. Please note that, this RFP is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind and the FAA will not pay for or be responsible for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this RFO. **PLEASE REVIEW THESE SECTIONS THOROUGHLY. IF ALL REQUESTED INFORMATION IS NOT FURNISHED, THE VENDOR'S RESPONSE MAY BE DETERMINED INELIGIBLE** Proposals can be submitted using the United States Postal Service (USPS) or any commercial mail carrier to the following address: All proposals must be sealed and labeled as follows: RFP- DTFAEN-13-R-90000 and forwarded to FAA Southern Region, Eastern Logistics Service Area- Atlanta, AAQ-510, 1701 Columbia Ave., College Park, GA 30337. ATTN: Gail Edwards. Electronic responses can also be emailed to gail.edwards@faa.gov. Email responses must contain all required information; or by fax at 404-305-5774, all package requirements must be included. All documents required by this RFP are due no later than 3:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time), December 3, 2012, any responses received after this time will not be considered in accordance with AMS provision 3.2.2.3-14, Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals. For reporting purposes, the NAICS code is 238990, Specialty Trade Services, and Size Standard is $14.0 million average annual receipts over the past 3 fiscal years.
