Description

DLA Maritime - Portsmouth, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME intends to negotiate via Full and Open Competition, a firm fixed-price contract utilizing the procedures under FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items &15 Contracting by Negotiation, for the procurement of Various sandblast hoses. Hoses are to be manufactured IAW specifications which shall be attached to the request for proposal. These are QA Level 4, with technical data requirements list in attached specifications. Instructions, specifications and data requirements shall be set forth within the written solicitation. The solicitation, SPMYM3-13-R-4410, shall be posted on or about 1 December 2012 via a separate notification on NECO. Telephone requests are not authorized and shall not be accepted. The applicable NAICS Code for this procurement is 326220 with a small business standard of 500 employees. Important notice: FAR 52.204-99(Dev), Required SAM Contractor Registration applies. Lack of current registration in the SAM database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Information may be obtained via the internet at www.sam.gov.
