Description of Agreement Synopsis/Solicitation PDF version. Statement of Work SCA Wage Determination This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number: Military Clothing Alteration Service, this solicitation is issued as a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effects through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-61 Effective 15 Oct 2012 This procurement is a Total Small Business Set Aside, the applicable NAICS Code is 811490 and Small Business Size Standard is $7,000,000.00 Description of Requirement: This is a request for price list for the establishment of a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide alteration/hemming services to the Army Service Uniform (ASU) in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Period of Performance is 15 December 2012 to 30 November 2017. Contractor must be willing and able to accept the Government Purchase Card (Visa) for payment. Transportation shall be FOB Destination to Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska 99506 and be included in the quote.
