- THIS IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. ONLY OFFERS FROM SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS WILL BE CONSIDERED. RFP SPE4A613R0108, SC 1000005592, RFx 4000077804, NSN 6230-01-259-4495, Flashlight. This item is commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) IAW Lamp Industry Standards. The following approved sources are recommendations only and are not limited to these sources: Mag Instrument, Inc., CAGE 06134, P/N M2A016; U.S. Cavalry Store, Inc., CAGE 41456, P/N B041402; The Brinkmann Corporation, CAGE 50711, P/N 800-1040-6. The solicitation will contain an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base year of 12 months and 4 option years. The estimated annual demand is 12,924 EA, and the maximum contract quantity is 129,240 EA. Guaranteed minimum is 3,231 EA, base year only. Minimum delivery order quantity is 3,231 EA; maximum delivery order quantity is 12,924 EA. Surge is required. The MWR is 365 EA. The Buy American Act Applies to this procurement. Items manufactured outside the USA and items manufactured in other than qualifying countries, as defined 225.872-1, will have an evaluation factor added to its proposed pricing and may result in a higher evaluated prices. IQC will cover DLA-Direct delivery orders. Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery order per the DSCR Form P-41. The requested terms are FOB and Inspection/ Acceptance at Destination. This item requires a delivery of 30 days ARO for each delivery order. Packaging requirements will be in accordance with the MILSPEC cited in the solicitation. Quantity variance is plus or minus 0%. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the Procurex system and review the Reverse Auction help tutorials at: https://dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Annual updates to your registration will be required.
