Description
Quotes are being requested via this synopsis and a written solicitation will not be issued. Requisition Number W81EWF22355867 is being issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) with the intent to award as a simplified acquisition. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns under NAICS Code 423830 (SIC 5085) with a size standard of 100 Employees. All cost associated with delivery to Vicksburg, MS 39180 shall be included in the quote. Metal Hydraulic Cut-Off Saw Blades Quantity 5, Unit: Each, Unit Price: _______, Line Item 00012: 25 ft Hydraulic Hose Set with couplers Quantity 2, Unit: Each, Unit Price: _______, Line Item 00013: Freight Cost of all Materials shipped to Vicksburg, MS 39180 Quantity 1, Unit: Lump Sum, Unit Price: ______, Total Amount________ BRAND NAME OR EQUAL REQUIREMENTS: The specifications for the tools are as follows: General Specifications: The following are general specifications for the hydraulic tools above: • All tools and power units must have a minimum of one (1) year warranty. • All tools must be able to operate up to 250 psi maximum back pressure at tool without damage. • All tools must operate at pressures up to 2000 psi at tool without damage. • All tools must be operable from hydraulic connections on skid steers or backhoes • All tools connections must be of similar design and compatible with supplied hoses and hydraulic power unit. • Any required accessories, couplings, adapters, etc. required to make the equipment and supplies detailed in the specifications below function upon delivery should be included in the scope of this purchase. Previous research was performed using the Stanley Hydraulic Tool line models shown in parentheses. The tools must be equivalent to the models tested to ensure reliability and efficiency of the equipment to rapidly perform asphalt and concrete anchor installations for airfield damage repair. Any proposed equivalents will be reviewed to ensure they meet the intended purpose. Equipment information sheets of proposed equivalents must be provided for review to ensure the tools are technically acceptable. Hydraulic Hammer Drill (Stanley HD45110B or equivalent) • Must operate at 7-9 gpm, up to 2000 psi. • Weight not to exceed 45 lb. • Length not to exceed 24-inch. • Width not to exceed 15-inch. • Must include 1/2-inch dual hose whips with 3/8-inch NPT ends. • Must operate at up to 300 rpm. • Must accept Skill Model #736 type drill bits from ¾-inch to 2-inch. • Must have independent, adjustable, reversible rotation. Hydraulic Hammer Drill Bits (Stanley 02283 or equivalent) • Must be shaft-flighted carbide Rock Bits. • Must be capable of drilling through concrete, rock, and concrete reinforcing bar. • Must be 2 in. diameter by at least 24 in. length but not to exceed 30 in. length. • Must be capable of drilling a 14 ¾ in. deep hole. • Must be compatible with supplied hydraulic hammer drill. Hydraulic Hammer Drill Bits (Stanley 02280 or equivalent) • Must be shaft-flighted carbide Rock Bits. • Must be capable of drilling through concrete, rock, and concrete reinforcing bar. • Must be 3/4 in. diameter by at least 24 in. length but not to exceed 30 in. length. • Must be capable of drilling a 14 3/4 in. deep hole. • Must be compatible with supplied hydraulic hammer drill. Hydraulic Earth Auger (Stanley EA08102A or equivalent) • Must come with handles for two-man operation. • Must come with a torque tube for one man operation that can be attached to a trailer hitch or other anchored objects for one man operation. • Must have forward and reverse control valve lever integrated into the handle. • Must operate 2 in. to 18 in. diameter by 42 in. long auger. • Must produce at least 250 ft lbs of torque. • Must operate at 7 - 9 gpm, up to 2000 psi. • Weight not to exceed 50 lb. • Height not to exceed 12 in. without auger. • Width not to exceed 48 in. • Must operate at least 165 rpm. • Must have 3/8 in. flush-face quick disconnect coupler. Earth Auger Bit (Stanley 47406 or equivalent) • Must be 2 in. diameter by at least 42 in. long. • Must be shaft flighted. • Must include necessary couplers or adapters to connect to Hydraulic Earth Auger (such as Stanley 58585). • Must be compatible with supplied hydraulic earth auger. Portable Hydraulic Power Pack (Stanley HP18289M or equivalent) • Engine must run on diesel fuel DF-1 or DF-2 (JP4 compatible for short durations). • Must produce 5 or 8 gpm, at 2000 psi. • Engine must be at least 18 hp. • Weight not to exceed 385 lb full of fuel. • Length not to exceed 36-inch. • Width not to exceed 24-inch. • Height not to exceed 40-inch. • Must have foam filled tires. • Must have handles for 1 man maneuvering. • Must have at least 2.7 gallon hydraulic reservoir. • Must have dry cell battery for air transport. • Must have ½ in. quick disconnect couplers. • Must have electric start. • Must have minimum of 4.0 gallon fuel tank. • Must have starter safety lockout to prevent starting power unit with tool circuit on. Hydraulic Impact Wrench (Stanley ID07820 or equivalent) • Must operate at 4-12 gpm, up to 2000 psi. • Must have ½-inch square drive with friction ring socket retainer. • End of trigger spool must be sealed and protected from dirt and water. • On/off spool and forward-reverse spool must be stainless steel. • Must be able to produce at least 500 ft-lbs. of impact torque. • Weight not to exceed 7.5 lb. • Width not to exceed 4.5 in. • Must be reversible. • Must have steel impact mechanism housing. • Handle must have insulated grips. Hydraulic Cut-Off Saw (Stanley CO25541 or equivalent) • Must operate at 7-9 gpm, up to 2000 psi. • Weight not to exceed 20 lb. • Length not to exceed 22-in. • Width not to exceed 12-in. • Must accept 12 or 14-in. wheels. • Wheel must mount directly to motor spindle - direct drive. • Must have hydraulic blade brake to minimize blade coast. • Must accept 1 inch arbor abrasive wheels or diamond blades. • Must offer water kit option with ports in guard predrilled as standard. • Must have safety trigger to prevent accidental starting. • Must offer saw cart option for conversion to slab saw. • Must be able to cut within 1-1/2 inches of obstructions. • Must have multi-position assist handle. • Must include 1/2-in. dual hose whips with 3/8-inch NPT ends. • Motor must not have exposed hydraulic tubes or plumbing. Metal Cut-Off Saw Blades (Stanley 02691 or equivalent) • Must be 14 in. diam. metal cutting abrasive wheel, 1 in. arbor compatible with hydraulic cut-off saw. Concrete Cut-Off Saw Blades (Stanley 02692 or equivalent) • Must be 14 in. diam. masonry cutting abrasive wheel, 1 in. arbor compatible with hydraulic cut-off saw. Hydraulic Hose Set, 25 ft (Stanley 31972 or equivalent) • Must be dual hose set with each hose 25 ft long by ½ in. diameter. • Must be equipped with couplers for attachment to all hydraulic tools above without additional accessories. If other adapters or couplers are required for operation, these items should be included with the hose set. 5500 Watt Diesel Generator (YanMar YDG5500EE or equivalent) • Weight must not exceed 265 lbs. • Must be able to operate on DF-1 and DF-2 diesel fuel. • Must produce 60 hz AC power. • Must have at least 4 120V power outlets. • Must have at least 1 220V power outlet. • Must have recoil and electric start. • Must have auto return decompression for easy start. • Must have fuel tank. • Wheel kit and handles preferred, but not necessary. • Must be 12V DC capable. • Must have air cooled engine. • Must have low oil safety shutdown.
