Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Canandaigua VAMC is seeking a source of supply for the rental of E, K tanks and the distribution and supply of medical-grade oxygen and nitrogen to the following locations: 1.Canandaigua VAMC, 400 Fort Hill Avenue, Canandaigua, NY 14424-1159 2.Rochester Community Based Outpatient Clinic, 465 Westfall Rd., Rochester, NY 14620 3.Clinton Crossings Medical Complex, 919 Westfall Rd., Rochester, NY 14618 Contract period shall be from December 1, 2012, or date of award, through September 30, 2013. This is a small business set-aside acquisition and the solicitation will be issued using the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process. The proposals shall be emailed to richard.williams18@va.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 325120, Industrial Gas Manufacturing, and the Small Business Size Standard is 1000 employees. Registration at http://www.ccr.gov (CCR) is required in order to be eligible for award of Government contracts. The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement via FedBizOps on or about November 2, 2012 with a closing date for proposals on or about November 16, 2012.
