- U.S. GOVERNMENT Expressions of Interest Sought The US Government is seeking space in the following area. State: NJ City: Delineated Area: 10-15 minute drive from the Garden State Parkway Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 150,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 200,000 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 800 Parking Spaces (Surface): 800 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: undetermined Firm Term: 3 months Option Term: 30 day options Offered space must meet Government requirements, as per the terms of the Lease for: 1. Fire safety 2. Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain The Government is seeking approximately 150,000 - 200,000 square feet of open office space for FEMA on a temporary basis. Expressions of interest must include the following information: •· Building name and address and location of the available space within the building; •· Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced; •· ANSI/BOMA office area-(ABOA) square feet to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, (if any); •· Date of space availability; •· Building ownership information; •· Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking, (if any); •· List of building services provided The Government's decision regarding whether to relocate will be based, in part, on information received in response to this advertisement.
