- NSN: 3120-01-372-3618, Roller, Linear-Rotary Motion, Part Number Item, Approved Sources of Supply are Oshkosh Corporation (CAGE CODE 45152) Part Number 1726860 W, Badger Truck Center, Inc. (CAGE CODE 06YZ5) Part Number 1726860-WBTC, and Krisry International, Inc. (CAGE CODE 1T7N5) Part Number PK16906. Inspection and Acceptance is at Destination and FOB Destination. Requested delivery is 96 Days ARO. This NSN is a Commercial item with a surge requirement with a Monthly Wartime Rate of 20 each. End Item Description: Truck, Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical (Hemitt), Improved Boat Cradle, Forward Repair System - (ABF 745 FM1) (ABF745 FM2) ABF745 FM3), and Palletized Loading System. Item is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP on November 2, 2012. Reverse auctioning clause 52.215-9023 will be included in the solicitation. Procurement is DLA Direct (Stock). Request For Proposal (RFP) will result in a Long Term Contract (LTC) and Contract Type is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with One Base Year and Four Options Years (Base plus Option Years are 12 months each). The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity is 324 each, Minimum Stock Delivery Order Quantity is 324 each, Maximum Stock Delivery Order Quantity is 1298 each, Estimated Annual Demand Quantity is 1298 each, and the Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 2596 each. This RFP will be solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside with Other Than Full and Open Competition. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the RFP. The anticipated RFP issue date is November 2, 2012.
