- Proposed Pricing Schedule Performance Requirements Performance Work Statement REQUEST FOR INFORMATION 1. OBJECTIVES The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is requesting information for acquisition planning regarding settlement administration. The purpose of this RFI is to gain information about contractors' abilities to provide a variety of services including, but not limited to, data management, claims notification, contact center, claims processing, and award distributions. The intent is to improve existing services while maintaining highly customized and streamlined settlement administration processes. This collection of information will assist the FTC in the identification of current market offerings in planning a future acquisition related to settlement administration as well as to identify potential vendor sources. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement, Performance Requirements Summary, and suggested Pricing Schedule for more information on the goals of the project. 2. REQUEST IS FOR INFORMATION ON THE FOLLOWING: - Are the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), Performance Requirement Statement (PRS), and related measures reasonable and viable? - Are there key features or processes the FTC has neglected to include in this PWS? - Are there suggestions that you can offer on how to proceed, including recommendations regarding the tasks, contract structure and proposed pricing structure? - What are your capabilities? Your current certifications including bonding and insurance? - What GSA or other Federal wide contracts do you have? Please provide the schedule number, categories, and list identifications, and express what is included. - What are your data security and privacy controls? Are they independently audited for compliance? - Are systems scalable to meet current and future program requirements? 3. DISCLAIMERS This is a Request for Information ("RFI") only. FAR 52.215 Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes applies. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute a Request for Proposals ("RFP") or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This RFI does not commit the government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this RFI. Respondents will not be notified of the results. Respondents shall not provide any confidential proprietary information and submissions may be subject to public disclosure as required or permitted by law. 4.
