MTC STANDARD SELF CERTIFICATION FORM W-9 FORM CONSTRUCTION BID PACKAGE WITH SCOPE OF WORK THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY Management & Training Corporation (MTC), operator of the Tongue Point Job Corps Center located at 37573 Old Highway 30, Astoria, OR 97103, is soliciting for a Boiler Replacement project at the location. Services to be provided are outlined in the attached Construction Bid Package with scope of work.
