The Correct information is as follows: This A/E project's NAICS code is 541310 and the annual Small Business Size Standard is $7.0 M. 2) Provide updated current SF 330 form. See attached. Note: DUNS number can be placed on Part 1 Section B (5.), after Name of Firm. The percentage of work notation for each Firm should be placed in Part 1 C. 11. Role in this Contract. 3) Correct time of site visit & Remind vendors to read Special notice for site visit. (Nov 7, 2012 @ 11:30am at Aud A) 4) Remind that the SF330 Due Date is Nov 13, 2012 no later than 4pm EST. All other information in the original Sources Sought Posting is currently correct. REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION ON THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE: All RFIs shall be submitted to Christy.Glass@VA.gov. No phone calls will be accepted. The Subject line shall read: A/E Project 675-13-106 SOURCES SOUGHT RFI-VA248-13-R-0008.
