Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs, Medical Center, Fayetteville, Arkansas, has a requirement for an Annual Service Contract for the Maintenance of (4) Nepturne 2 Units and (1) Docking Station. The resulting Contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price Agreement. The Solicitation is issued as a Small Business Set-Aside. The period of performance is one base year with (4) option years. The Request for Quote (RFQ) is issued on 10/30/2012 with responses due on 11/08/2012, 11:00 am Central Standard Time. Interested parties responding to this RFQ shall provide an e-mail response by the due date indicated on the Solicitation. Only e-mail responses received by the due date will be accepted.
