- PLEASE SEND ALL QUOTES TO mary.k.lewis1@navy.mil. The Space and Naval Warfare Center, Atlantic Charleston, SC code 2232 has a requirement for ANTENNA POSITIONER manufactured by ARRAY SOLUTIONS. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a ARRAY SOLUTIONS product listed below under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. ARRAY SOLUTIONS is the sole manufacturer and hold proprietary rights. Award is anticipated by COB 5 NOV 2012. Contract is to be FOB DESTINATION shipped to SPAWAR ATLANTIC, RECEIVING OFFICER, 1008 TRIDENT STREET HANAHAN, SC 29410. The contract line item number (CLIN) and description for this procurement are:***PLEASE SEE ATTACHED RFQ- 13-Q- 2091 **This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes for items other than the brand name ARRAY SOLUTIONS equipment listed in this synopsis***The Government will accept quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the products to the brand name cited above and will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Quotes are due to Mary Katherine Lewis, Business Specialist, SPAWARSYSCEN, Atlantic by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, 5 NOV 2012. The Government reserves the right to process the procurement on a Brand Name based upon the responses received. The Government will not pay for any information received.
