- NSN: 2840-99-593-3092, Shield, Heat, Aircraft Gas Turbine Engine/55N, Aircraft, Harrier AV-8. "Source Control Item," BAE SYSTEMS PLC., CAGE U9153, P/N 75A327192-1018. Origin inspection required. FOB Origin. DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. IAW QAP 106. Required delivery is 213 days. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Definite Quantity Contract (DQC). Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is November 15, 2012. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
