- ****ATTENTION***FORMAL COMMUNICATION related to this acquisition should be directed to DLA-AHB, Cheri Burton-Crutcher, Contracting Officer, email cheri.burton-crutcher@dla.mil. PRON: AX2C0180AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 60 each up to 300 each maximum of Actuator, Electro-Mechanical, Line, NSN: 1680-01-118-5606; Part Number: 145CS100-6 applicable to the BK CH-47 Chinook weapon system. Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 60 each, 401 Days After Contract Award with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA, 17070-5002. Forecasted quantities are: 1 st Year, 60 each, 2nd Year, 60 each, 3rd Year, 60 each, 4th Year, 60 each, 5th Year, 60 each. This item is restricted to: The Boeing Company, Cage Code: 77272; and GE Aviation Systems LLC, Cage Code: 05624. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under　Standard Aviation and Missile　Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation however; the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. No telephone requests will be accepted. This solicitation includes provisions 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction.
