- Amendment W91ZLK-13-T-0012 0001 is issued to provide clarification to the RFQ. The closing date of the solicitation remains on October 30, 2012 at 3:30 PM, Eastern Standard Time. Please submit your quotations to Ms. Kelly Gustafson at the Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground, Tennant Division, 4118 Susquehanna Avenue, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-3013. Quotations may be submitted via email to: Kelly.E.Gustafson.civ@mail.mil or Fax 410-278-6641. Quotations must be signed, dated, and received by the closing date. For questions concerning this Request for Quotation, please contact Ms. Kelly Gustafson, Procurement Analyst, via email at Kelly.E.Gustafson.civ@mail.mil. Additional questions must be received no later than October 25, 2012. Please this attachment for this RFQ. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED. QUESTION 1: Does the synopsis contain a formal solicitation that should be downloaded from FedBizOpps.gov? ANSWER 1: No, there is no separate, formal, solicitation. Solicitation W91ZLK-13-T0012 was posted on FedBizOpps.gov as a combined synopsis/solicitation. This amendment modifies the RFQ to add the following verbiage: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
