Combination Notice for H-1 Aircraft Replacement Parts (v) The Government will award a firm fixed-priced purchase order(s) for the following direct replacement parts: Item 0001 - 4 each, Stiffener Assembly, P/N 212-061-902-008 Condition must be Factory New or New Surplus material. Item 0002 - 4 each, Roof Skin, P/N 205-030-615-015S Condition must be Factory New or New Surplus material. Item 0003 - 3 each, Seal, Special Assembly, P/N 212-061-902-113 Condition must be Factory New or New Surplus material. Item 0004 - 4 each, Duct Assembly, P/N 205-070-498-001 Condition must be Factory New or New Surplus material. Item 0005 - 2 each, Support, P/N 212-060-802-099S Condition must be Factory New or New Surplus material. Item 0006 - 4 each, Plate Doubler, P/N D38005-2 Condition must be Factory New or New Surplus material. Item 0007 - 4 each, Frame, P/N 205-030-607-017 Condition must be Factory New or New Surplus material. Item 0008 - 2 each, Plate, Levelin, P/N 205-030-146-001 Condition must be Factory New or New Surplus material. The delivery, inspection, and acceptance requirements are FOB destination and are to be delivered to Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, NC 28533 within 4 weeks of purchase order award or sooner.
