Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD-SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT The Gallup Indian Medical Center intends to pursue a sole source award to lessor Six D Incorporated, Gallup, NM for lease of building space located at 1808 W. Aztec Ave, Gallup, NM 87301, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." Period of performance is October 1, 2012 - September 30, 2013. The proposed contract is to lease approximately 19,558 square feet of contiguous office and related space; approximately 9,293 square feet of warehouse space and approximately 645 square feet of loading dock space. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. The notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within seven (7) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
