Description

RFQ AG-8173-S-13-0008 USDA Forest Service, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests, Springerville, Arizona 85938, has a requirement for 3 Heavy Duty Dozer Transport Trailers. This procurement is being conducted under full and open competition under NAICS Code 423110. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract for the purchase of the trailers. The RFQ (Request For Quotations) will be made available on or after November 2, 2012, as an electronic attachment to this announcement. Requests for paper copies of the RFQ may be sent by fax to: 928-333-5966, ATTN: RFQ-Trailers. No phone requests for paper copies will be accepted. All questions on the solicitation should be reserved until after the RFQ is released. The last day for questions shall be November 19, 2012, to allow time for answers to be published before the closing date. Offers may be submitted electronically (provided all solicitation submission requirements are met) to the Contracting Officer @ wabbott@fs.fed.us. The CLOSING DATE FOR OFFERS shall be November 28, 2012, 3:00 PM MST. This notice cancels the previous solicitation for these trailers that closed in August 2012. Parties to that solicitation must provided a new offer to this solicitation to considered for award.
