- The 121 NSNs being solicited are listed below. They are procured in accordance with approved part numbers of General Dynamics Armament and Technical Products (GDATP), CAGE 05606. The solicitation is for a Requirements Type Contract and the FOB point is Origin. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed one base year and four option years. Items will be shipped to various CONUS and OCONUS locations. This requirement is Unrestricted, and the small business standard is 1000 employees. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on its issue date 11/7/2012. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. A written offer is required to be returned to the address in block 8 of the RFP by the date and time specified, DIBBS quotes are not acceptable. Technical drawings/bid sets are NOT available. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
