Description

The Corpus Christi Army Depot intends to procure the relocation of the H-60 Alignment Fixture located at the Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas. Negotiations to be conducted solely with ADC Engineering Technology, the original equipment manufacturer based on 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), as cited in FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This is a written solicitation. It is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all quotes received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This determination is solely within the discretion of the Government. Send all requests for solicitation package to peggy.s.echols.civ@mail.mil.
