- The Naval Medical Logistics Command intends to issue a solicitation for various Nursing services that include the labor bands of Advanced Practice Nurse and Nursing at Military Treatment Facilities in the Northeastern Region of the United States to include: Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, VA; Naval Health Clinic Annapolis, MD; Naval Health Clinic Patuxent River, MD; Naval Health Clinic Quantico, VA; Naval Health Clinic Newport, VA; Naval Health Clinic Great Lakes, IL; Naval Branch Health Clinic Groton, CT; Naval Branch Health Clinic Portsmouth, NH; Naval Branch Health Clinic Saratoga Springs, NY; and any associated branch clinics in the Northeast Region of the United States. This is a competitive procurement for medical health care workers that will result in a Multiple Award Task Order (MATO), firm fixed price, personal services type contracts. Services will be required beginning on 14 September 2013, for up to five years. All responsible sources may submit an offer. This solicitation is by electronic means only. No hard copies will be mailed to offerors. The Request for Procurement (RFP) and all amendments will be posted to the internet at http://www.fbo.gov when released in October 2012. Note: The solicitation number has changed from N62645-12-R-0022 to N62645-13-R-0005.
