Description: THIS REQUIREMENT IS FOR 53 NSNS SEE ATTACHMENT FOR NSN AND NOMECLATURE AN IRPOD MAYBE APPLICABLE GOVERNMENT SOURCE INSPECTION IS REQUIRED 1.) This solicitation will result in award(s) of a firm fixed price requirements contract. 2.) Prices will be for the items specified in section b hereto, for a base period of 1 year from the date of award and two successive twelve month option period(s). The quantities shown are the government's best estimates and are neither guaranteed minimum nor maximum quantities. All orders placed during this time period shall be issued as delivery orders. Therefore, offerors should insert firm-fixed prices for each year included in the base and option periods. 3.) Evaluation will be based on lowest price technically acceptable offers with the possibility of more than one award based on the lowest overall cost to the government. 4.) The government reserves the right to evaluate multiple awards, after considering the additional administrative costs, if it is in the government's best interest to do so. For the purpose of evaluating proposals for multiple awards, awards will be made to the responsible offerors submitting the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer per NIIN. In addition, it is assumed, for the purpose of evaluating quotes, that $500 would be the administrative cost to the government for issuing and administering each contract awarded under this solicitation. Individual awards will be for the items or combination of items that result in the lowest aggregate cost to the government, including the assumed administrative cost. 5.) In order for your offer to be considered, you must submit the entire RFP completed and signed, prior to the date/time listed on the RFP. NECO, facsimile, or any electronic offers will not be accepted. 6.) Technical documents associated with this solicitation, such as drawings, individual repair part ordering data (IRPOD), STRS and other procurement related documents may be obtained at Https://logistics.bpmionline.net/ecommerce/default.asp. This website requires a password and pre-registration. Please contact the e-commerce help desk at 518-395-4357to register or for help logging into the website. A hard copy of the individual repair part ordering data (IRPOD) and/or drawings will not be mailed to you. 7.) To a request a copy of the solicitation contact the contracting officer listed and provide your cage code. The proposed acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns (see FAR clause 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside). Users may use ASSIST-Quick Search to search for and download available documents directly using standard browser software. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to: Free Trade Agreements, if DFARS clause 252.225-7036 Buy American Act--Free Trade Agreements--Balance of Payments Program, is included in the solicitation. The World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements, if DFARS clause 252.225-7021 Trade Agreements, is included in the solicitation.
