- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY PSC Code: D318 NAICS Code: 541512 Size Standard: $25.5M Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with CSC Applied Technologies, LLC., 6500 West Freeway, Suite 600, Fort Worth, TX 76116-2167, under the authority of FAR 6.302, only one responsible source and no other goods or services will meet the agency's needs. The Government has a requirement for development, maintenance, testing, installation, and modifications to current source code of the SureTrak systems located in country as well as OCONUS locations such as Kenya, Djibouti, Nigeria, and Sao Tomé / Principé. The SureTrak system is a state-of-the-art, fully integrated, multi-sensor, data acquisition and display system used to perform airspace surveillance, waterway clearance, shoreline surveillance, and environmental monitoring functions. Only CSC has the corporate knowledge (as the sole designer, developer, and maintainer of the SureTrak systems) and the expertise required to develop and modify the large complex code set for the SureTrak software without incurring unacceptable delays or duplication of costs. The contract will include a four year ordering period. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement which shall be considered by the agency. Technical capability will be determined solely on the content and merit of the information submitted in response to this synopsis. Therefore, it is incumbent on the interested party to provide sufficient technical literature, or other documentation, in order for the Government to make an adequate technical assessment. The Government reserves the right to process the procurement on a sole source basis based upon the responses received. To be eligible for contract award or payment by any Department of Defense activity, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database, see http://www.sam.gov. The Government will not pay for any information received. All capabilities statements shall be submitted via email at kenneth.turing@navy.mil. Responses must be received by 2:30 PM Eastern Standard Time, October 31, 2012 and will be considered by the Government solely for the purposes to determine whether to initiate a competitive procurement.
