- Program Advisor This two-year position is located at the USAID Mission in Port-au-Prince. This position is for two years with annual renewable contract beginning as soon as possible, and is renewable subject to continuing needs and positive completion of duties and responsibilities. The incumbent will serve as a Program Advisor, providing the whole range of program office functions, which include strategy and program development, budget management, project design, monitoring and evaluation, communications/reporting and outreach, and other program implementation services to the USAID Mission. While the incumbent is expected to discharge any and all program office functions, s/he will focus on specific functions within PCPS, including leading them when assigned. As such, s/he is expected to provide additional expertise and staff capacity as identified by the PCPS Chief and Mission leadership. S/he will be supervised by the PCPS Chief or his/her designee.
