- Statement of Objectives (SOO) DRAFT Directions to DTRA The Defense Threat Reduction Agency's (DTRA) is seeking firms with capabilities to provide services to operate the Defense Threat Reduction Information Analysis Center (DTRIAC). The DTRIAC provides a suite of analysis products and services to support the Science and Technology (S&T) community of practice with S&T Information (STI). The Information Analysis Center (IAC) maintains, acquires, digests, synthesizes, stores, publishes and disseminates STI related to all DTRA mission areas. This is a supplement to Previous Sources Sought Announcement in Fed Biz Opps, Solicitation number DTRIAC, NAICS Code 541712; DTRIAC (A), NAICS Code 541330 and DTRIAC (B), NAICS Code 561410. Potential sources having the capability necessary to assist DTRA in satisfying the above requirements, who did not submit responses previously, are invited to provide information demonstrating their capabilities. Information submitted should detail the organization's experience and expertise in the areas identified above, to include details regarding potential key personnel and their qualifications. Responses shall also include the following information: company name, address, point of contact, telephone number, email address, business size and small business status (if applicable), teaming partners and/or major subcontractors. It is requested that capability statements be limited to ten pages in length using a font no less than Times New Roman, 12 point. Services may be procured using an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract with multiple awardees, with a period of performance not to exceed 10 years. Scanning and digitization services may be separated from the overall effort, therefore, firms with scanning and digitization capabilities may submit capability statements addressing only those areas. Please submit responses, no later than October 31, 2012 to Ms. Margaret LeBlanc at margaret.leblanc@dtra.mil Attached is a DRAFT copy of the Statement of Objectives, (SOO) In an effort to obtain industry input, DTRA is hosting a Communications Forum Day on 06 November 2012 located at the Defense Nuclear Weapons School Building 20602, 1900 Wyoming Boulevard located at Kirtland Air Force Base (KAFB). The purpose of this forum is to share information with industry about the DTRIAC requirement and receive feedback to assist in defining an appropriate acquisition strategy. The government will also provide an opportunity for 15 minute, one-on-one sessions between Industry and the Government. To request an appointment please email margaret.leblanc@dtra.mil. The following describes procedures to obtain access to KAFB and other information for the visit. Attached is a map for directions to DTRA. Access Requirements: 1. Personnel Access: Contractors must submit the following information on company letterhead by 1500, 31 October 2012 by email to margaret.leblanc@dtra.mil. Request for access and substitutions will not be accepted after 1500, 31 October 2012. Personnel representation is limited to 3 individuals. a. Name of individual b. Social Security Number c. Date, city and state of Birth d. A statement that the individual is a U.S. citizen e. Purpose of visit f. Date of visit 2. Vehicle Access: Each driver will need a valid U.S. driver's license, proof of insurance, and vehicle registration or rental agreement. Arrival Processing: 1.
