- THIS SOLICITATION NUMBER, VA263-13-R-0061, REPLACES THE PREVIOUSLY POSTED SOLICITATION NUMBER VA263-12-R-1526. ALL REQUIREMENTS AND INFORMATION FROM VA263-12-R-1526 REMAIN THE SAME Replace Emergency Generators; Project 568-12-112 This project consists of installing new emergency generators for Buildings 137 and 148 at the Fort Meade VA Medical Center located at Fort Meade, South Dakota. Work includes necessary demolition, tie-ins, and restoration. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment, and necessary supervision to perform all work associated with this project as indicated on the contract documents. Award of this project shall be in accordance with Public Law (PL) 109-461, the Veterans Benefits, Health Care and Information Technology Act of 2006. It is set-aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). All SDVOSBs must be registered in the Central Contractors Registry (CCR); http://www.ccr.gov, the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA); https://orca.bpn.gov as well as certified in the VetBiz Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database; www.VetBiz.gov, prior to submitting a proposal. Technical and Cost proposals will be accepted from responsible and responsive contractors only. This project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance period is 210 days. NAICS: 811310, P&S: N030.
