- Solicitation number is SPE4A6-13-R-0019, PR0046763884, National Stock Number, 1420-01-245-4727, COVER, ACCESS, GUIDED MISSILE. Unit of Issue is each. Solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. NSN is not commercial and not a Critical Safety Item. This is not a Configuration Control item. However, Drawings, Export Control, and Critical Application Item do not apply. The solicitation will result in Definite Quantity Contract, Firm Fixed acquisition. The Estimated quantity (EQ) is 226. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin for stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Requested delivery is 213 days ARO. The solicitation will include provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the Procurex System and review the tutorials at: dla.procurexinc.com and review how to participate in an auction. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation Anticipated issue date is October 31, 2012 with a closing date of December 3, 2012.
