- The U.S. Government currently leases office, warehouse and ware yard space for the National Park Service in Williamsport, Maryland and intends to award a sole-source follow on lease unless alternative space is available, which meets our requirements and is financially advantageous to the Government. : State: Maryland City: Williamsport Delineated Area: I-70 to Route 632 (Downsville Pike) to Route 68 (Lappans Rd) to Route 63 (Williamsport Pike) back to I-70 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 19,304 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 20,270 Space Type: -Office: 2,565 - 2,693 sf -Warehouse: 16,739 - 17,576 sf -Wareyard Parking Spaces (Total): Reserved onsite parking for 32 outside and 33 inside heavy equipment vehicles. Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: Two, 5-year renewal options Additional Requirements: • Office space must be within one contiguous block • Light industrial space capability • Flammable or hazardous storage is required • Ware yard must be fenced with triple strand barbed wire and motorized gate • 2.5 acres of open land The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 500 year flood plain.
