- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) intends to release a solicitation for Exhibit Support Services for the Office of Informatics and Analytics (OIA). OIA is seeking services to furnish all the necessary qualified personnel, materials, facilities, and resources to provide exhibition management and storage services for a 20' x 20' island tower exhibit and 10' x 10' inline exhibit. The VHA conducted a Sources Sought notice (VA701-12-I-0085) to help determine an appropriate acquisition strategy and based on the results, the acquisition will be conducted as a total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contract consisting of a base period of one year and four one-year option periods to extend the term of the contract. Under the resultant IDIQ contract, firm-fixed price or labor-hour task orders maybe negotiated and awarded. The contractor will be required to provide Exhibit Support Services as definite in each task order. The scope of such services could include support services for various conferences nationwide, storage of the 20'x20' and 10'x10' exhibits, and booth redesign. The projected BPA start date is expected to be on or around January 1, 2013. The solicitation and related amendments will be posted only on FEDBIZOPPS, www.fbo.gov, on or around October 22, 2012. Evaluation factors for award are anticipated to include technical, past performance, and price. The relative importance of the evaluation factors for award will be stated in the solicitation. Any responsible Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business may submit an offer. All Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) before being considered for award. Information concerning CCR requirements may be viewed via Internet at www.SAM.gov. Additionally, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses must be registered and CVE verified in the VetBiz registry at www.vetbiz.gov.
