- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a Sole-Source basis, updates for existing software: CLLI Code Set, CLONES Monthly Updates, and TRA Product Quarterly Updates from the software publisher: Telcordia Technologies, Inc. One Telcordia Drive, Piscataway, NJ 08854. This software is proprietary to Telcordia. Vendors must provide proof that they are an authorized re-seller/distributor of Telcordia products in order to be considered eligible for award. See below for quantities/specifications of the required software updates. Period of Performance: 11/1/12 “ 07/31/13 (9 Months) Qty. 1-CLLI Code Set Updates (9 Months) Qty. 1-CLONES Monthly Updates (9 Months) Qty. 1-License Fee for TRA Products (9 Months) LERG Quarterly Updates to be delivered December 2012, March 2013, and June 2013. Please include any shipping/freight costs for FOB Destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13. The order shall be firm fixed price. DFAR 252.232-7003 (Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports) is applicable to this purchase. Pricing should be FOB Destination to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 6220 Tisdale Road, Suite 159, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). Offerors may obtain information on registration in the CCR by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the Internet at https://www.ccr.gov. A formal request for quote will not be issued as all items are identified in this synopsis. Quote is due 10/23/12, no later than 5:00 p.m. (local NSWCDD time) with an anticipated award date by 10/30/12.
