Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor received notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. --- This requirement is posted as a follow-on to pre-solicitation notice F1C3432263A001_FURNITURE_PURCHASE_INSTALL_TAITANO, posted 24 September 2012. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F1C344263A001, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-55. The NAICS code is 337211 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. This procurement is being solicited as a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) small business set-aside. If the offeror is using a teaming agreement or joint venture agreement to establish eligibility for the HUBZone small business set-aside required herein, a copy of such agreement shall be submitted with the offeror's proposal packet. The following commercial item is requested in this solicitation: CLIN 0001 - PHASE 1 (QTY 1): Provision of all personnel, vehicles, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, items and services necessary to perform the purchase, shipping, design and installation of office furniture for Building 22026, Andersen Air Force Base, Guam in accordance with the Statement of Work, drawings and specifications attached herein. Phase 1 installation shall commence Monday, 07 January 2013, but no earlier. Reference ATTACHMENT B - F1C342263A001_ELINs for item descriptions and quantities under CLIN 0001. CLIN 0002 - PHASE 2 - OPTION ITEM 1* (QTY 1): Provision of all personnel, vehicles, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, items and services necessary to perform the purchase, shipping, design and installation of office furniture for Building 22026, Andersen Air Force Base, Guam in accordance with the Statement of Work, drawings and specifications attached herein. Phase 2 installation start date will be determined by the exercise of CLIN 0002, Option Item 1. Reference ATTACHMENT B - F1C342263A001_ELINs for item descriptions and quantities under CLIN 0002. *The Government has 120 days from the date of contract award to exercise CLIN 0002, OPTION ITEM 1. Quotes will be evaluated and award will be made to the offeror whose proposal is determined to be the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA).
