- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) has a requirement for an unbiased assessment of technology solutions for various Navy land, sea, and undersea programs as an independent design agent for Navy, PEO, Integrated Weapons Systems (IWS), and NSWC IHD. The purpose of this procurement is to provide independent assessment and validation support in the areas of technology insertion, technology demonstration, experiments and operational studies for electronics navigation and control to support the war-readiness programs. Areas to be supported include strategic guidance, navigation and control (GN&C) systems, highly specialized micro-electronic circuits including micro-electro-mechanical (MEMs) sensors and systems, Global Positioning Systems (GPS), autonomous vehicles, precision guided munitions, image and display technology, simulation technology, and information and decision systems. This will be a Sole Source to The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, 555 Technology Square, Cambridge, MA 01239-3563.
