- Solicitation EA133M-13-RQ-0014 US Standard Bus Connection Bolt Torque Values One Line Diagram Electrical System Circuit Breaker Overhaul Statement of Work 20- PERFORM SWITCHBOARD AND BREAKER MAINTENANCE ABOARD NOAA SHIP OREGON II NOTICE DATE: OCTOBER 10, 2012 Notice Type: Request for Quotes NAICS: 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance Contracting Office: Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Regional Acquisition, 200 Granby Street, Suite 815, Norfolk, VA 23510 Solicitation Number: EA-133M-13-RQ-0014 Response Due: November 29, 2012, 2:00 p.m. EDT This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format at FAR Subpart 12.6., as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and it being conducted pursuant to FAR Part Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is EA-133M-13-RQ-0014. The synopsis/solicitation constitutes a RFQ and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular No. 2005-59 dated May 12, 2012. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This RFQ is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310, which has a corresponding size standard of average annual receipts of $7.0 million. The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Regional Acquisition, 200 Granby Street, Suite 815, Norfolk, VA 23510 has a requirement for switchboard and breaker maintenance aboard NOAA Ship OREGON II, 151 WATTS AVENUE, PASCAGOULA, MS 39567. Item 0001, Provide all labor, equipment, and material in accordance with the attached Statement of Work, "SWITCHBOARD AND BREAKER MAINTENANCE". The detailed Statement of Work entitled, "SWITCHBOARD AND BREAKER MAINTENANCE", is hereby incorporated by reference and provided as an attachment to this RFQ. Reference documents 1, 2 & 3 are hereby incorporated by reference and provided as attachments to this RFQ. The total period of performance for all work specified in the Statement of Work is April 15 - 24, 2013. A pre-bid inspection will be held November 27, 2012 at 151 Watts Avenue, Pascagoula, MS 36567.
