THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS FOR WRITTEN INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of the Chief Financial Officer is performing market research for commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software tool to use that can capture, track and report on project risks, issues and open items. Desktop software supported by Windows XP, Windows 7, and Internet Explorer 7 and later. 3SecurityPAuthentication 4AllPWell Technical supported _________________________________ Contractors should provide their relevant product information and literature, (i.e.: brochures, literature, web links), and indicate whether their COTS software without customization or modification fully meets, partially meets or doesn?t meet each of the requirements listed under risk management and under issue management Contractor?s product information should be delivered as email attachments to the Contracting Officer at pinskey.lin@epa.gov. The email needs to clearly reference the sources sought number PR-OCFO-12-00241 in the subject line. If a contractor is interested in providing a demonstration disk, contractor?s should not send them in regular mail as all incoming mail is irradiated which could mangle, distort or otherwise render a disk unusable.
