The Air Combat Command (ACC) of the U.S. Air Force anticipates procuring a contract for the provision of services for the MQ-1 and MQ-9 Contract Aircrew Training (CAT) and Courseware Development (CWD) requirement. The Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for subject requirement is attached. You are invited to review this draft and provide this office with comments, recommendations, and questions about it. This request is a part of the government's continuous information exchange with industry in an effort to adequately and appropriately state the MQ-1/MQ-9 CAT/CWD requirement. The government is not requesting technical and/or management proposals. Your responses will be used solely for acquisition planning purposes of the government. Please note that the Draft RFP is a draft document in its entirety and as such does not obligate the government in any way in regard to subject acquisition. 2. This information will only be used for acquisition planning purposes and will not be used for proposal evaluation later. Submission via e-mail of the information listed above by 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time on 31 Oct 12 is requested to the POCs listed below.
