Description

Amendment 0002 to solicitation with revised Statement of Objectives The National Assessment Governing Board wishes to thank offerors who responded to Solicitation ED-NAG-12-R-0003. We appreciate your interest in our work. The Governing Board has taken into consideration our project objectives as well as responses we received to the solicitation. We invite proposals in response to our revised requirements. The solicitation is hereby amended as follows: 1. The Statement of Objectives is modified to broaden its scope and the requirements in Section 1(c) of the Statement of Objectives (page 4 of the Statement of Objectives) are clarified. The types of research that can be proposed include but are not limited to content alignment, statistical relationship, standard setting, a higher education survey, and benchmarking. Innovative proposals are invited. 2. The contract period of performance is amended to provide for a longer contract term of five years to allow for long term research and/or longitudinal studies, where appropriate. 3. The due date for proposal submissions is changed to November 14, 2012 no later than 10:00 a.m. (ET) to allow offerors additional time for submission of proposals in response to the revised Statement of Objectives. 4. Clarification questions on this amendment shall be submitted no later than 10:00 a.m. (ET) on October 18, 2012; responses to the clarification questions will be posted no later than October 22, 2012. Amendment 0002 to the solicitation is attached to this notice. All other solicitation terms and conditions remain the same.
