Ft. (ABOA): 10,710 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,710 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 86 Parking Spaces (Surface): 63 Parking Spaces (Reserved and Secured): 23 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: Space should be Class A, professional quality office space.
