- Industry Day Registration Form Hill AFB is planning a 5 year bulk television service contract for 33 buildings on base. The 33 buildings contain approximately 524 television outlets that will require service. The government does not own any infrastructure to support this requirement; all materials and labor necessary to provide television programming and support a television network must be provided by the contractor. Current service terminates 31 March 2013. Due to the large and complex nature of the requirement the government seeks television service providers that have past experience servicing large corporate accounts and/or working within the context of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Contracting. The single largest accounts will be at the Mountain View Lodging Facility (10 buildings approximately 419 outlets) and The Warrior Fitness Center (1 Building 41 Outlets). Please see Attachment A for comprehensive list of planned outlets needing service. The government will be holding industry days, tentatively scheduled for 2-3 November, with site visits to each of the buildings. Also at the industry days the exact number of outlets needing service and the channel lineup required will be discussed and finalized. These site visits will facilitate the gathering of information in order for prospective contractors to generate a proposal. The government anticipates and will coordinate with prospective contractors on additional site visits as necessary. Each contractor will be allowed to have a maximum of 3 Personnel present as part of their team at the industry days.
