The purpose of this announcement is to post the Draft Request for Quotes (RFQ) for Nationwide Dialysis Services and receive feedback from potential offerors. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. This announcement is for VA's informational purposes only and, as such, VA will not be providing responses to comments or suggestions. Potential offerors may provide comments and suggestions, which must be submitted on the attached form entitled 'Draft Request for Quotes Comment Form.' These comments must be submitted via e-mail to julia.trautman@va.gov no later than October 23, 2012 at 12:00 pm MDT. The information provided by potential offerors may be used in developing the final RFQ. [Please note: the final RFQ will be released under a new solicitation number.]
