- NSN 2520-01-579-2302, Control Assembly. Item is solicited as Unrestricted. The approved source is Powertrain Control Solutions LLC (4WR67) Part Number TCM2100AB. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. FOB Destination. Required delivery is 177 days ARO. Item is not a Critical Application Item. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a 1-year base plus 4 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 1,260 each for the base and each option year. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 315 each for the base year only. The maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 2,520 each for the base and each option year. The minimum and maximum ordering quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is October 20,2012. The date is subject to change. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Homepage (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil), select "Request for Proposal (RFP)" under the Solicitations heading.
