- This solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. Amendment 0001: Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane has a requirement for spare parts for the AN/PVS-15 series and the AN/PVS-31 night vision goggles with a maximum total value of $12,499,000. The Navy intends to award a 5 year, requirements contract on a sole-source basis IAW the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 to L3 Communications Corporation; DBA: Warrior Systems Division 192372860; Nine Akira Way, Londonderry, NH 03053 Contractors must be properly registered in the Governments Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the solicitation attachments. Offerors may obtain information on CCR registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Information about the JCP is located at http://www.dlis.dla.mil. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation attachments will be posted to FedBizOpps at the same time the solicitation is posted. FedBizOpps may be accessed at http://www.fbo.gov. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps and NECO. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the Crane web site, FedBizOpps and NECO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
