- ** THIS SYNOPSIS IS REPLACING SPE4A6-12-R-0227 ** This solicitation SPE4A6-12-R-0227 P.R. # SC1000002331 for NSN 3120-01-083-3265 (Helicopter Black Hawk UH-60A: Bearing, Sleeve). Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The only approved source for this item is Dover,Diversified Inc, (CAGE: 97613). Any manufacturer, other than Dover,Diversified Inc, (CAGE: 97613), wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR). Information may be found via ht tp://www.dscr.dla.mil/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in an IQC for a base year and four option years with a minimum quantity of 696 each and a maximum quantity of 2784 each. The required delivery schedule is 112 days ARO, FOB destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA DIBBS at http://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
