- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1), with Open Text Corporation., 100 Tri State Intl. Pkwy., Lincolnshire, IL 60069-4403, for the purchase of Software Maintenance. This software maintenance contains proprietary data that is not available to other sources. Purchase includes: (2) Lic BI Query Admin 32 Bit Eng (1) BI Server SEnc NT Eng (1) BI Server (Broker) Ad Hoc, NT (30) BI Server Concurrent Ports (3) BI Server (Broker) Named Ports (3) BI Lic BI Query Admin 32 Bit Eng (125) Lic BI Query BI Update 32 Bit Eng (3) Lic BI Query Admin 32 Bit Eng (3) Lic BI Query Users 32 Bit Eng (1) Lic BI Server SEnc NT (10) BI Server (Broker) Named Ports This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. No solicitation document is available. However, interested parties may submit their responses of interest and ability to meet IRS needs. Responses received as a result of this notice of intent will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by IRS not to open this requirement to competition, based upon any written responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of IRS.
