- Sole Source Document Sole Source Notice - Agricultural Drainage Management Coalition, Inc The United States Department of Agriculture, Economic and Policy Analysis Staff (EPAS) has a sole source requirement for the Agricultural Drainage Management Coalition, Inc for the demonstration and evaluation of saturated buffers at field scale to reduce nitrates and phosphorus from surface and subsurface field drainage systems. Purpose for demonstration and analysis will provide information on the effectiveness of distributing drainage water across existing (CRP) rparian buffers and grass filter strips established and maintained under CRP. See Sole Source Document for further Analysis. Interested parties may provide information or submit questions, via email, to brantt.lindsey@kcc.usda.gov. Period of Performance: Forty (40) months from date of award. This is NOT a request for competitive proposals.
