- J&A (PK 1084 Prephix SW) "This action entails the purchase of Argon ST Prephix Software Licenses and Annual Subscriptions to support the Air Operations Center (AOC) systems at the 603rd AOC, Ramstein, GE, the 607th AOC, Osan AB, Korea and the 612th AOC, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ." "NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION (NOCA) This is a notice of intent from AFLCMC/HBBK, Hanscom AFB, MA to award a sole source purchase order to Argon ST, Inc. Argon ST, Inc. is the sole provider of their proprietary prephix software. The delivery date shall be 30 days after contract award. This purchase will be made under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.501(a)(2)(i). The anticipated award date is 31 October 2012. This is not a request for quotations. Interested parties may submit capability statements and qualifications for this requirement. All information received will be considered solely for informational purposes. This announcement constitutes a notice of intent for a contract action, not a solicitation. The Government's determination not to compete this proposed contract action is based on market research previously conducted.
