- Contractor shall provide all labor, parts, materials, vehicles, tools, equipment, transportation, personal protective equipment (PPE) and any other incidentals necessary to provide rubber removal and restripe pavement marking services to runways on Tinker AFB, Oklahoma. (Note: All work on this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is to ensure the safety of aircrew and aircraft equipment.) Contractor shall be required to remove 85 percent of all visible rubber build-up and 100 percent of loose-flaking paint within 100 percent of the identified area and repaint any pavement marking removed during the rubber removal operation IAW the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This project is to completed without damage to the pavement surface, joints and joint material crack seal material or any other Government property.
