- GSA, FAS intends to establish a "not to exceed" THREE MONTHS Standing Price Quote SPQ for 1 National Stock Numbers (NSNS) in the FSC 8010. The SPQ will begin on the date of award and will not exceed a THREE MONTH period. All quotes for this SPQ are to be FOB Origin Prepay and Add. Please see details of the solicitation included in the Cover Pages. NOTE THAT ITEM is on a Qualified Products List. Clauses that apply to all GSA Heartland Supply Operations Center, open market orders apply to this SPQ. Award could be based on past performance, minimum order, price, and/or delivery. Please be sure your completed SPQ package is received by the Contract Specialist no later than 5:00 PM CST, on WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 3, 2012. NOTE THAT THE COVER PAGE OF THE SOLICITATION MAY INDICATE A 12 MONTH PERIOD BUT THE AWARD PERIOD WILL ONLY BE THREE MONTHS.
