- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled ARTS- ADVANCED RESEARCH AND TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT DRAFT RFP - NNC12RE026R which was posted on September 19, 2012. You are notified that the following changes are made: Questions and comments on the draft information are due in writing October 3, 2012 and the Final RFP will be released mid October. The due date for responses is not extended. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
